How does the Waitlist work?

 

We keep a small waitlist on each class so that you can be contacted when a spot is available.

 

Please join the waitlist ONLY if you are ready to start taking classes.

We cannot hold waitlist spots for students wishing to start more than two weeks into the future.

 

If the class registration link says "Waitlist" then the class is full. By joining the waitlist, you are asking to be contacted when a spot is available.

 

When a spot is offered, you must be ready to join class within 2 weeks. If you are unable to join, you will be removed from the waitlist. You are welcome to register again once you are ready to start.

 

Waitlist times vary and can be difficult to predict. Some students could get a spot within a day, while others may wait several months, especially for high demand classes such as Saturday youth classes.

 

 

Check out these tips to increase your chances of getting a spot at our studios.

 

1. Sign up for multiple waitlists. Some waitlists move faster than others so let us know all the classes that work for your schedule. If you have a preferred class you can let us know by emailing info@holtschooloffineart.com

2. Look for classes at one of our other locations.

What happens when a spot opens? If a spot opens up you will receive an email from us with information to complete your enrollment. Please add us to your contacts so you do not miss any communication from us.
